Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the goods purchased at omicron, you can return the goods within 7 days after receiving the goods, provided that the following return conditions are met
- You should keep the packaging of the returned product intact and the product should be in a new and unused original state and the same state as when you received the product; you must not remove any label of the returned product. In addition, you should also return the original box and delivery package of the goods, as well as all accessories, labels, shipping documents, product certificates, instructions, invoices (if any) and all gifts (if any).
- After receiving the goods you return within the specified period, after confirming that the goods and accessories (if any) are intact, and the labels, invoices and gifts (if any) are complete, OMICRON will return you in accordance with the law. Payment. If the returned product does not meet the conditions of this return and exchange policy, OMICRON will not be able to accept your return or exchange, nor will it be able to achieve a refund. If you fail to return the invoice, accessory or gift (if any), OMICRON reserves the right to deduct the market price of the invoice tax, accessory or gift from the payment you have paid. If you do not return invoices, accessories or gifts in a certain order but OMICRON does not deduct the market price of invoice taxes, accessories or gifts, or do not require you to return the aforementioned items and materials, OMICRON shall not be deemed to waive the relevant claims.
The aforementioned right of return does not apply to orders for the following commodity types:
- Personalized customized products, for example, products engraved with customer initials or customized for customers;
- When the customer submits the order, he has informed the customer of any other products that cannot be returned due to their nature.
